My purchase was shipped to the wrong address by this company. I contacted them within 24 hours to have this issue corrected and they told me nothing could be done and that they do not offer refunds and would not consider shipping me the item I paid for to my correct address. They were rude and dismissive in emails and took days to reply. Overall, it was a horrible customer service experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I ended up getting no product for the money I spent at this company and no refund.
